Symphony is the marble-like collection by Pastorelli, our answer to the growing market demand of these kind of stones.

The introduction of the new Shine, made in a total new and different way than the old generation, lets Symphony be one of the reference in the market, thanks to a dedicated glaze that permits to obtain an incredible reflectance effect and a high chromatic depth. The new 120×120 size makes this collection be one of the most precious collection in Cersaie 2017.

Other sizes, such 60×120 and 60×60, and the decors with a 10,3 thickness, complete this collection.

Shine, to have the shininess of real marble and to obtain fancy and elegant environments. Great both for residential and light commercial use. Naturale, to obtain the softness and warmness of marble matt, with a low light reflection and a muffled atmosphere. Finishing good for commercial and residential, floor and wall-covering.

What is Shine-Finishing?

Shine finishing, means that the tile, after the burning, is threated with a mechanical polishing of the glaze: different grinder, time after time with of a thinner grain, consume the surface until it is extremely shine and smooth, brilliant and reflective

The presence of small dots on the surface, is to be attributed to the concavity of the glaze. These dots show that the glaze has been processed. By eliminating them, it would mean to switch to the process of polishing, that would easily damage the digital graphic decoration.

By opposite, in a common Lappata finishing, treatment is less deep, only some parts of the tile become shine, while the remaining ones are still natural, giving the tile the typical spotted effect. Shine finishing that we introduce in Cersaie 2017 is unmatched, because of the reflectance, color depth, and graphic definition never seen before. This is possible thanks to the use of a real ceramic glass applied in thick, that substitutes the classic glaze. This means that two different products are used to make NAT and SHINE effects. SHINE finishing means a deep treatment, with the erasing of external part of the glaze. This creates some open spots that are always existing in the tile below the glaze. To avoid this spots to be fulfilled by dirt, before and after the laying, and to make the daily cleaning possible, this tile is treated with a silicon sealing. (not many manufactures do).

4 colors, each one matching to a different marble type:

Symphony White, inspired to Caldia. It comes from Massa-Carrara. Material is crystal white, almost translucent, deep and pure, with light green veins and grey with some black ends. Some delicate yellow shadows can be seen, these are to enrich the background.

Symphony Black, inspires to Grigio Carnico. It is an Italian marble, ideal for polishing. Colored of cristal grey, with shades of white and ivory, great for floor and wall covering.

Symphony Beige, comes from Croatian Stone, with a blinding white, comes from a calcareous form similar to marble. Its peculiarity is its softness when just extracted, then it becomes harder. This stone was used to build areas and monuments of great valor, for example Venetia the most important.

Symphony Grey comes from Marmo Verde Bamboo, suggested in the grey variant.

This Marmo is a dark green granite with a strong intrusion of black. It comes from Brasil, and can be cut following both direction of veins, or the opposite one. Good for interior and exterior, it is used for buildings, wall covering and floor.
